Certain Canadian products are barred from import on September 29 instead of paying the 50 percent duty

Proclamation 11063 converts part of the Section 338 motor-vehicle duty list into an import ban: the Canadian products in its annex are excluded from importation for goods imported on or after 12:01 a.m. eastern time on September 29, 2026. Goods already imported but not yet entered before that date stay at the 50 percent duty.
