Do this now: Ask your supplier or forwarder this week whether you can get copies of the export declaration and commercial invoice they file abroad, and how long that takes; if the answer is no or weeks, say so in a comment on docket USCBP-2026-1058 before December 1. Small importers who stay silent get a rule written for large ones.
